MEASUREMENTS: Ring cluster is 12.5mm long x 10.5mm wide.
Ring band is 2mm wide. 
Opal is 7mm long x 5mm wide, weighing approx 0.30ct. 
10 x Garnets are 2mm in diameter, weighing approx 0.45ct combined. 
Weight: 2.2g

MATERIALS: Tests as 9ct Gold throughout, Opal (0.30ct), Garnet (0.45ct). 

HALLMARKS: Crown, '375', Leopard's Head, Date letter 'D' for the year 1978 inside band.

Condition:

VERY GOOD. This 9ct Gold Opal and Garnet flower cluster ring is in very good condition. All the gemstones are secure and create an eye-catching display. The Opal does have some soft surface wear but this is not noticeable to the naked eye, and one or two of the garnets have some nibbles to note. Although there is a resize mark to the back of the band, the 9ct Gold has retained a well rounded form and glides onto your hand a dream. With a full set of hallmarks, we can date this Vintage ring to 1978!
